If you want to get into tea a little more and advance past Bigelow Constant Comment, which is not bad for tea bag tea, I’d recommend the following online tea stores. I’ve tried their teas and they have consistently delightful and good quality teas.
Embassy tea at http://www.teaembassy.com/ is out of Austin, TX. They have a simple little quiz to help you figure your tea type, a tea of the month club and even a tea starter kit. My favorite tea from Tea Embassy is their orange biscotti. If you order from them you’ll get a nice postcard from the owners, Jonathan and Amy.
Steeped Tea is a Canadian company with very good teas too. I like their apple crumble, Irish breakfast, and chamomile. They are a multi-level marketing company so you will have to order through a consultant but I’ve checked them out and they look o.k. You’ll get some good tea and support someone’s home business.
