Tea is officially good for your health.
A whole host of health authorities report strong evidence that drinking tea helps with heart health. It appears to lower the risk of stroke and some cancers, lowers the incidence of Parkinsons and Alzheimers, and strengthens bones. Plus, tea may help diabetics process sugar a little better. Studies show it’s good for your dental health because the fluoride and tannins in tea reduce bacteria in your mouth. And, it probably washes your windows too.
I’m certainly no expert on this but it makes me happy to know I might be doing something good for myself while I’m enjoying my daily pot of tea.
Here’s to your good health! Cheers!
